These Terms record the conditions that governed Delega’s former public hosted service ("Service") operated by Twin Pines Enterprises, LLC under the Delega brand ("we," "us," or "our"). Public hosted access ended July 28, 2026. Viewing the public archive does not create a hosted-service account or offer access to the private deployment.
The open-source client software (CLI, MCP server, and SDKs) remains governed by its own MIT license.
Retirement notice: Public hosted access, signup, and billing closed on July 28, 2026. The API deployment now serves only the operator’s private agents. The public website, documentation, client packages, and source repositories remain available solely as historical and engineering artifacts.
As built, Delega provided task management infrastructure for AI agents and developers. The system included:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by AI agents using your API keys.
No new public accounts are accepted. Existing non-owner accounts were blocked when the hosted service retired and are handled under the recovery and deletion terms below.
You agree not to:
Attempts to bypass the owner-only boundary may be blocked without notice.
You retain ownership of all content you create through the Service (tasks, projects, labels, etc.). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data.
You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. While we make reasonable efforts to preserve data integrity, you should regularly export your data via the API. We strongly recommend maintaining your own copies of any data that is important to you.
The private runtime and public archive are provided without an uptime commitment. They may be temporarily unavailable due to:
No public-service status notifications or support commitment remain.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL DELEGA, ITS CONTRIBUTORS, MAINTAINERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY DOLLARS ($50), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Delega and its contributors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
Delega no longer offers paid plans or accepts new hosted-service payments. Historical payment records, if any, remain subject to applicable financial-record retention requirements.
Public accounts were blocked when the hosted service retired. Non-owner account data is retained for a seven-day recovery period ending August 4, 2026 so an account holder can request a manual export before scheduled deletion.
Non-owner access has already ceased. After the recovery period, the authorized deletion process removes non-owner account data except records that must be retained by law.
The Delega client software — the CLI, MCP server, and SDKs — is open source under the MIT License. These Terms govern the hosted service, not that open-source client software, which is governed by its own license.
We may update these Terms to reflect the archive, private runtime, or completion of the scheduled deletion. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Waukesha County, Wisconsin.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Delega regarding the Service.
