Privacy Policy

Overview

Delega was a public hosted task-infrastructure service for AI agents operated by Twin Pines Enterprises, LLC. Public hosted access retired on July 28, 2026. The deployment at api.delega.dev now serves only Ryan McMillan’s private agents; delega.dev remains a public technical archive. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Twin Pines Enterprises, LLC.

What We Collect

The retired public service collected and stored the following categories. The private deployment continues to process only Ryan McMillan’s owner data and the former-account data held during the short retirement recovery period:

• Account information: Email address provided when the public service was active
• Task data: Tasks, projects, labels, priorities, due dates, and any content you create through the API, CLI, MCP server, or dashboard
• Agent metadata: Agent names, slugs, and API keys you create
• Webhook configurations: URLs and secrets for webhook delivery
• Usage data: API request counts formerly used for plan enforcement and now used for owner-runtime operations
• Website analytics: Privacy-masked pageview and archive-link events on delega.dev, such as page URL, referrer, browser metadata, and links to the case study, technical record, public code, or packages

We do not collect:

• Personal names, addresses, or phone numbers
• Payment card numbers (Stripe handled historical payment processing directly; Delega never stored card numbers)
• Page text, form contents, session recordings, heatmaps, or raw task data through website analytics

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to:

• Operate Ryan McMillan’s private deployment and preserve recoverable former-account data during the retirement grace period
• Enforce API rate limits and account access boundaries
• Deliver webhooks to URLs you configure
• Send operational emails for the private owner workflow
• Understand aggregate archive and documentation traffic

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your task data to train AI models.

Where Your Data Lives

Hosted Delega data is stored on Cloudflare's global network (Cloudflare Workers and D1 database). Data may be replicated across Cloudflare's edge locations for performance. For details on Cloudflare's infrastructure, see Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

The hosted service uses these third-party providers:

• Cloudflare: Infrastructure, hosting, database (Workers, D1, Pages)
• Stripe: Historical payment and financial records from the retired paid-service infrastructure; no new payments are accepted
• Resend: Transactional email delivery
• PostHog: Privacy-masked website analytics with text masking, autocapture disabled, heatmaps disabled, and session recording disabled

Each provider has their own privacy policy governing their handling of data.

Data Retention

Non-owner accounts were blocked at retirement and retained for a seven-day recovery period ending August 4, 2026. During that period, an account holder may request a manual export. After the recovery period, non-owner accounts and account-owned records are scheduled for deletion, followed by a restore-tested clean backup and removal of pre-deletion backups that contain those accounts, except for financial records we are legally required to retain.

Your Rights

You can:

• Request a manual account export during the seven-day retirement recovery period
• Request full account deletion by contacting us; the already-authorized external-account deletion is scheduled for August 4, 2026

Security

API keys are hashed before storage. All connections use HTTPS/TLS. Webhook secrets are generated automatically using cryptographically secure random values. That said, no system is perfectly secure. See our Terms of Service for limitations of liability.

Children

Delega is not intended for use by individuals under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect the archive, private runtime, or completion of the scheduled deletion. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
